Scarlet´s Bakery was founded out of a deep love for pâtisserie and started with a small corner shop near bruxelles in Belgium in 1886 and moved to Germany 80 years later. In partnership with a german bakery we became a bakery and pâtisserie with real and natural sourdough breads and natural buns and pastries . We are known for bakery goods that are fresh, healthy and authentic.

We only use real ingredients here at Scarlet´s Bakery. We want to point out, that we have a strict non-additive and non-preservative policy and use only natural ingredients. Homemade real vanilla sugar, real butter, farm fresh eggs, fresh fruits and vegetables, hormon-free chicken and the best raw materials to ensure the best quality for our customers.

Our tiny café has blossomed into a thriving restaurant here in Dubai, with indoor and outdoor seating for room for families enjoying healthy breakfast dishes with fresh pastries, breads and more.

We love the traditional way of baking and are happy to welcome you on Bluewater Island.

All of the ingredients we use here at Scarlet´s Bakery are well selected. We stock our restaurant kitchen in much the same way that we stock our home kitchen, with daily deliveries of fresh ingredients that we select very well to ensure our most important goal: Quality

In addition to our bakery items, we also offer a selection of breakfast dishes, Schnitzel, fresh salads, homemade sandwiches, our signature pastas with our homemade sauces, our  pizzas on our homemade sourdough and tasty desserts.
